Streaming from iphone

I am trying to stream from the xfinity stream; however when I go to the channel in the tv lineup the word, “watch” is grayed out and the message reads:  due to licensing agreements, some content can only be viewed on your in-home WiFi.  That’s all I am using is my in home WiFi, so I don’t know what to do.

Hi, @user_f6005a. I always recommend double checking the Wi-Fi connection you have at that time since if you have our Wi-Fi hotspots it may be autoconnecting to those rather than your in home Wi-Fi. If that's already been done then we can proceed with further steps. Is this issue only on this one device or are you noticing this on other devices? Is it blocking out any/all live TV or only certain channels?

@XfinityChristina it's not a wifi issue. I did check.  And it seems to be this only channel Washington Sports channel. I have only been able to watch once on this channel, the rest of the time it's been grayed out.  Thank you for your help.
