Streaming error on a Win PC wants me to clear cache TVAPP-00114

Trying to sign into streaming on a win 10 desktop PC. Get the TVAPP-00114 error message. Have done the clearing of caches and reinstall of Chrome with no luck. This just started last week. Also cannot sign into email.

I do get streaming access and email through my laptop.

Thank you for reaching out here, and for taking those steps already. Does that win 10 have the most up-to-date firmware?

I am having the same issue on both my PC and my Mac. It says only authorized users can access Xfinity Stream, which I am, then if I reload the page, I get the same error as OP.

minutez Thank you for reaching out so we can help you troubelshoot the error you're getting on the Xfinity Stream Portal: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/digital-cable-tv. What browser are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

user_bckbvm Thank you so much for letting us know. Since you have already cleared the cache and cookies and that is up to date, I would have to take a closer look for you. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
