Streaming apps channel issue

Why all of a sudden does my Xfinity streaming app on Appel TV and Roku telling me I don’t have TV package when I do?  I have deleted and reinstalled the apps and still the same message “It looks like your plan doesn’t include any channels”!  I have the ultimate TV plan.  What is going on?

@user_4e9e6d We appreciate you reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! I'm truly sorry for the frustration caused by the known Stream app issue. If you are still unable to view your channel line up please send us a DM with your full name and address so we can assist. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
