Streaming app

If I wasn't stuck with Xfinity due to being a preferred vendor in our park I would NEVER EVER have their Internet or streaming services again. I asked multiple times before getting my services if they will work with my television and the speed of my internet.

 Come to find out Xfinity streaming app isn't compatible with Samsung TV's. After multiple chats/calls with a chat bot and FINALLY a human (whom I could hardly understand due to an accent) I was able to get a tech sent out. The first time they wanted to send a tech it would cost me $100. I said absolutely not. Finally a tech came out free of charge and advised me that Xfinity isn't compatible with Samsung Smart TV's. Will it work, yes.... But not always and not well at all watching live sports. It lags so bad you can't even see what's going on!! He told me my best fix is renting the cable box of an additional $12 (not happening) or get a Roku or FireStick. I put hased a FireStick and all was well, until today when I tried watching sports on NBC and received an error stating "I needed to connect to my home wifi" as I sat in my living room. So I tried everything, and had to go back to the streaming app through my TV and watch on the app. It's a better pic than usual but it reminds me of bunny ears in the early 70's.

My father has an antiquated Comcast box on a 20 yr old TV and has a better picture!! STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY!!!!

I can tell how incredibly frustrating this experience has been, especially after doing everything you could to make sure your services would work with your Samsung TV from the start. You absolutely shouldn’t have to jump through this many hoops just to enjoy live sports at home, and I’m really sorry for the stress and inconvenience this has caused you.
