Streaming app not working
For 3 days (since 1/10/26 on NFL playoff weekend), the Xfinity App will not open any live or recorded shows on any of my Samsung devices: Galaxy S24+ phone, TAB S10 FE tablet, or Book 5 Pro laptop. I've tried restarting all the devices, as well as uninstalling and reloading the app. But the problem persists. Very frustrating!

Restarted the gateway/router from the Xfinity app (not stream app) and it fixed the same problem I was having.
- Would not play live TV
- Crashed after a few minutes
- Sign out and back in didn’t work
- Restarting app and TV didn’t work.
Restart the gateway from Xfinity app. Physical restart should work also.
