Streaming app not working

For 3 days (since 1/10/26 on NFL playoff weekend), the Xfinity App will not open any live or recorded shows on any of my Samsung devices: Galaxy S24+ phone, TAB S10 FE tablet, or Book 5 Pro laptop. I've tried restarting all the devices, as well as uninstalling and reloading the app. But the problem persists. Very frustrating!

Thank you for sharing the steps you’ve already tried; that really helps narrow things down. It sounds like this might be an issue beyond the devices themselves, so I’d like to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible. Could you confirm if you’re able to access live or recorded shows through the Xfinity website on a browser? Also, are you seeing any error messages when the app fails to open content?
