Streaming app not working on my phone but working on everyone else's

On my phone, using the Xfinity Streaming app, I can only see TVGO channels and cannot see a list of what has been recorded on my X1 DVR. If I log in on my wife's phone, using my credentials everything appears as it should. If I log in on my son's phone using my credentials everything is okay. If my son uses my phone, with his credentials, he can only see TVGo channels and cannot see a list of what is recorded on his X1 DVR at his home. I have cleared the storage and cache for the streaming app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. All of this several times. . Either something is wrong with my phone or there is something about my phone that is recorded in a Comcast database that is disabling my capability to using Xfinity streaming. Any ideas?

Hi, freesteamin. Thank you posting here within the community! It's interesting to hear about what is taking place with our Stream TV app on your device. The first question that comes to mind, is do you have the most recent version of the app? Are you both in the same physical location when troubleshooting?

Thanks for the reply. After posting this and after quite a few phone calls and chats with Xfinity Mobile I was finally able to get a ticket opened. Never got any further calls or contacts with Xfinity Mobile but, after several months of the app not working and without my taking any action , the streaming app started working. I assume that somebody did something at the Xfinity Mobile end of things to make it work.
