Streaming app new version turns itself on while on phone or dictating

This has been happening for the last couple of months. I press stop ion the app and starts itself after a couple of minutes. When I am on the phone, the app plays in the background unless I quit it. If I am trying to dictate, the app will kick in and stop the dictation.

If the app is open, it takes over my phone.
