streaming app menu glitches

The Xfinity streaming app on my TV's glitches regularly. I look for information on a movie, and when I hit the back button, I get a gray screen, and have to hit the home button and reload Xfinity. often when I scroll through the menu, I get three little dots repeating infinitely and I have to exit the app and restart it. I have these and other problems within menu regularly on all of the TVs in my house. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? If so, how do I fix these, or is it just a badly made app?

moved your post to the stream app area of the forum. The symptoms you describe is lack of bandwidth as seen by your TV's wifi. might be bad wifi reception, or bandwidth is saturated or insufficient.

Thank you for your suggestion.  The issue definitely isn't bandwidth; I have excellent WiFI reception at my TVs, including two within twenty feet of the router.

 

I'd still be curious to know if anyone else is having a similar issue with the menu.
