Streaming app is horrific

Not sure why xfinity streaming is so terrible but it's hard to watch. Smart tvs throughout my house that all stream Netflix, amazon prime, apple tv, peacock and disney plus with zero issues yet xfinity is constantly freezing, buffering and will be under 4k for minutes at a time. Have zero issues with all other apps on all TV but xfinity app struggles on all tvs.

Hello Stewart, did you ever get a resolution to the situation?  I am encountering the same issue at my home.  I just set up WIFI and Stream and the Stream App is just the worst!  It sits and buffers for minutes on end, only to error out.  I tried to unplug the wifi router, without success.   It seems to only work in the early AM, when not many folks are watching it.

Please let me know if there is a fix for this unreliable, horrible situation.  -D.

I can’t even get the app to load or stream live TV on my iPad when I’m at home.  It’s totally hit and miss.

Hello user_u9d5uv, I love the Stream app, it's a great way to enjoy your lineup the way you want, so I totally get the frustration. I'd love a chance to work with you and help find a resolution. Are you only seeing this issue with your iPad, or are you having it on multiple devices? Also, are you connected to your home network?

This app is awful. Same as everyone above, never works. Total disappointment. All my other streaming services work perfectly fine with existing WiFi.

I have the same problem with sound issues and buffering on the app, but my other apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) all have no issues. Probably Comcast just forcing you to go back to their $10/mo cable boxes. It is clearly an app issue and not a TV or bandwidth issue.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @longmuirj. We would be happy to check on any issue with that app from here. Are you experiencing that sound issue on all of your channels, or just certain ones?
