Streaming app broken

Out of the blue the app will not play back live or recording. Tried uninstalling reinstall but no joy. What's up

on what device are you having the problem?  what is the error message and error number on the screen?

Pixel 2XL with up to date Android. No error message displayed

Android is up to date 11. I've uninstalled and reinstalled so should have latest version of streaming app. Works fine until you select a program live or recording for playback then...blank screen no sound nada.

what android OS version are you running on that smart phone? Google shows it came with 8 but should be running 11 now. did you check the app store to see if you have the latest version installed? you said no error message, what happens when you open the app and proceed to the menus? at what point does it 'break'?

I get everything except playback when I select a program. My wife's identical phone/app works fine. Like mine used to!🤔

to to your android settings app and app manager and clear the cache for the stream app. uninstall the app. press your power button until you can shut down (not lock) the device. after 3-5 minutes start the device again and install the app. be very sure to accept the terms and conditions. working?

you might try signing off the app and then back in. If the terms and conditions are not agreed to, only a black screen will appear instead of video.

Tried, no joy. BTW there is no separate step for accepting terms and conditions fwiw.
