getting error code 105

Keep getting error code 105 when trying to launch Xfinity stream app.  All other apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) are working fine and the LG TV has a strong wifi connection.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had when launching our Stream App. You've come to the right place for help! Our Digital Care Team is wonderful to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly, and I appreciate your patience while waiting for a response. To clarify, are you launching the Stream App on that smart TV (the LG TV), launching on a different device and casting to your TV, or using one of our X1 TV Boxes?

Thanks for your reply.  I have contacted reps and they scheduled a tech to visit.  However, the problem miraculously fixed itself.
