Stream IOS 6 DVR downloads stop playing after a few seconds

Hi there,

Downloads from my recordings to my gen 6 iPad running iOS 17.2, have stopped playing. They seem to error out just after I watch the opening commercials.

Adding image of error during playback. Fun that video plays just long enough to show you all the commercials.

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it

@wherbert100 I see the icon says Direct Messaging when hovering over it. It is next to the notifications bell icon and your username.
