Stream Beta App channels need subscription or are not presented

I have the Digital Preferred plan, and the Xfinity Stream Beta app is really messed up starting last night (5/19/2022):

  • On TV's with a Roku using the stream app to watch live TV, all my favorite channels show up in the listing, but any channel I select to watch gives a message that I need to subscribe to that channel. I tested on multiple TV's with different Roku devices and get the same result.
  • On a Samsung Smart TV, the listing of available live TV channels is sparse, and most of my favorites are missing. ABC/NBC both show up, but CBS is missing entirely.
  • On an LG Smart TV, I get the same result as the Samsung Smart TV.
  • The Roku's are connected via WiFi, the Samsung and LG are connected via hardwire.

Good morning, @crazyeights. I appreciate all the detailed information about the issues. I can see how frustrating this may be. Do you have any of our cable boxes in the home? If so, are you having this sort of issues as well?
