Getting TVAPP 00249 on all channels using stream app on iPhone regular cable tv box working. Is there an outage

user_417829 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can understand the frustration if you aren't able to utilize the Stream app. I know I have been using it more since the weather got nice to listen to shows while I work outside. We'd love to look into this further, can you share what troubleshooting steps you've already attempted, such as uninstalling and re-installing the app on your phone? Are you running off cellular data or your in home Wi-Fi network with the iPhone?
