Greetings, @user_p4jvsy! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream app, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Is this loading issue occurring across multiple devices, or is it only impacting one particular device? Does it make a difference if you connect over Wi-Fi vs a mobile data connection of hotspot? Is this only impacting Live TV, or does it fail to load if you try to watch recordings or On Demand content through the app?
