Stream app

My stream app doesn't not have all my recordings  and I want to know they was before I upgraded my internet  speed they are not my cable box but not on my phone and we travel alot and we watch TV that why and it is very frustrating  that I can't watch my shows I recorded

Oh, no! That would be an issue for my family as well. No worries. We are here to help you regain access to your recordings. You recently upgraded your internet, but did you keep the same programming? Did you change your cable equipment at all?

@XfinityLinda​ they did that and all it did was delete the rest of my recording off my cable box
