Stream app still has issues with sound on Apple tv

Tried all the troubleshooting which did not work.   I have used you tube tv with no issues.  Xfinity needs to put some effort into this or offers competitors app that does work.

Yes the problem still exists.  I have switched to YouTube tv which is working perfectly, indicating the issue is with the xfinity app.

Thanks for reaching back, we're unaware of any known issues with the streaming app working on apple TV as long as you're device is a  Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD (4th gen or newer) running  tvOS 15 or later

 

Can you give me a little more detail on what issues you're having using the Xfinity streaming app on the apple device ?
