Stream app only showing 4-5 channels. Customer support can’t help.

I have the exact same problem.  I have a Galaxy Note 9.  I dropped the phone and received a replacement phone via Asurion Insurance.  Old phone app worked perfectly.  New phone (which transferred all my apps and settings) only shows the same 4 channels and never loads recent channels, nor show list of All Channels (only the 4 channels).

 

I have done everything possible to fix this to no avail.  What is the problem and what is the fix?
