Stream app on older iPad

As both internet and tv subscriber, I'm disappointed they stopped supporting older devices like my trusty iPad that I was able to use while the kids watched something else. Are you intentionally forcing me to cut the cord? Bring back stream compatibility with older tablets, your customer base demands it! We can't all afford new devices.
