Stream app on firetv fails
I can’t keep a connection to xfinity stream on my new (5/23) insignia tv. Menu will come up and either go blank during selection or at livetv menu. This is new since approx 7/30/23.

Hi, @user_b92e23 have you already reset your Insignia TV and modem? The first thing I would do after this is focus on the modem placement if you're using Wi-Fi. How far away is your TV from your modem or internet equipment?
