Stream App on Apple TV hanging and continuing asking for login

1 - the app will not stream.  Any video pauses and disconnects and will not load.  I have 3 Apple TVs and it happened on all.  Started 3-4 days ago.  Restarted and deleted app and reinstalled still same issue. All other streaming services work fine 2 - for about a month continues to make me login when loading the app.  Will not save the credentials

@Bvonderh Hello, thanks for the post. The issue with having to keep signing into the Stream is a known issue that we're working to fix up. I would like to take a closer look at the account to help with the app not working at all right now. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Still no fix for this after all the troubleshooting.  I see others having similar app issues from other users. Is there a fix coming
