Stream App not working

Unable to get my recorded shows from my iPad stream app.  What is the solution.

are you able to sign in? if so, do you have the menu for saved and recordings? live TV? are you in your home connected to your own home wifi?

Yes I am on my home wifi network and yes I can see both Saved and Recording.  I can see the entire menu.  This is also affecting my wife's device.

try playing an on-demand movie or TV episode. does it play? when you try to play a recording do you get an error message.

Thank you.  I spoke to a tech and we cleared some old recording and  I can now see more new recordings.

 

The issue is I can only see newly recorded items not anything previously stored on my DVR.

Hi @dabrown777, we apologize for the inconvenience, do you have access to some or no recordings on your iPad? Our DVR storage on the Stream app doesn’t always cover all recordings made on your set-top box. If you want to ensure a series will be available on Stream in the future, you can follow these steps on your set-top box: Find a recorded episode of the show. Go to "Options." Choose "All Episodes." Next to "Save," choose "For 1 year." Recordings not marked this way will be removed from Stream first. Unfortunately, the only way to get recordings already missing from Stream back is to record them again.
