Stream app keeps making my wife change her password.

Every time my wife uses her stream app it makes her change her password. I've attached the screenshot from her phone. She can use the same password but its annoying. She is using an iPhone 11.

I apologize to hear that your wife continues to have issues with needing to reset the password every time she tries to stream on her iPhone. I know I hate resetting my password when they expire. Hello, is there a fix for this? My wife is also having to change the password every time she's using the streaming app on both her android phone and iPad.  It's really annoying for both of us.
