Stream App Issues!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

I need to deprovision my account so that everyone is forced to sign back into app to access it. I tried changing my password multiple times. However, people are still able to access and using my app without my permission. Please Help???!

Hi. While waiting for an official employee to respond, do you know how they got access? you might want to go to xfinity.com on a web browser, then sign in, go to account then users, to verify no new users were added to your account if the others had access to your username/password.
