Stream app is unusable

All other streaming apps work for me. Xfinity’s is garbage. It halts, resets to start and turns on closed captions. 
Now some Xfinity experts bot will reply to me “thank you… we care… it works great… let me pass you to some heavily accented person who has you reboot your system”

Just fix it!
