Stream app gets stuck in loop

Attempting to exit (pressing the BACK button) the Stream app on Samsung TV in the middle of an On Demand show causes the app to get stuck in a loop between playing the current show and selecting an episode.  The only way to exit the app is to FF to the end of the show or unplug the TV.

I'm hoping that wasn't a design choice.

 To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary

 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 Press Enter to send it
