Stream App for Samsung

Does anyone know when the Samsung/Xfinity Stream issue will be resolved. I'm currently getting errors:

 

" TV APP - 00209" and " TV APP - 00409" 

 

I haven't had TV for over a month and it seems like only the engineers are aware of this issue. LAst engineer I spoke to said thousands of people were on this ticket yet normal customer service seems to be kept out of the loop for some reason.

No idea. Mine hasn't been working for almost a week. Fortunately I had a spare roku stick and plugged that into my Samsung TV and have been using that until they fix the Samsung app.

Hello @kelitarsa1, and @mike82! Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forum to inform us of the issues you were having with the Xfinity Stream App. Last week there was a known issue that was being investigated by the engineers, but it has now been resolved. I wanted to check in to see if you're still receiving the error codes or if this has been resolved for you?
