Hi user_45ljmk, I'm happy to hear you're using the Stream app, I love it too. It's such a great way to save money on TV Boxes, and it's convenient on my TV's and devices too lol. My first thought is that maybe your recording was saved to a local TV box DVR. Are you able to confirm if the recording was saved to your Cloud DVR? If not, no worries. Are you able to test a different device to confirm if the recording is missing?
