Stream app buffers 10 seconds, plays for 3, buffers for 10 again, repeats

See title

Trying to watch DVR shows while on vaca at moms house, but it buffers MUCH more than it plays. The Internet connection here is fine, I can stream video perfectly well from YouTube.

Trying to watch on Xfinity stream app on my Android phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro).
