Stream App Audio Out of sync

I'm having the same issue. It doesn't look like Xfinity has any interest in fixing the issue. I have one Roku TV and one Roku box and this is an issue on both devices. All of my other apps work fine. Might be time to get the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General involved. We are paying for a service that isn't working and I haven't seen anyone post that their issue has been resolved.
