Still getting this error on Samsung Smart TV.
My firmware is up to date! I contacted Samsung, they say contact Xfinity. Channels come in fine on all my other Non-Samsung TV's! I wish Xfinity would get it together and fix this issue!

Thank you for creating a new post. I hope you are well, besides the issues you've seen with your Samsung TV. I see your other television performs fine, but you only run into trouble with this device. I'm sure this has been confusing, but we'll do our best to help. To start, can you confirm the model name/number of television?
