Specific glitch on DVR “Scheduled” column on Xfinity Beta Stream App on three Roku TVs

This is NOT a problem with my cable box or WiFi connectivity or Router.  With my cable box I CAN access my list of scheduled DVR programs; however, on the three TVs where I use the Xfinity Beta Streaming App to access all programming, when I go to the DVR scheduled programs column, the app tries to connect but after a few seconds exits the Xfinity app entirely and puts me back on the Roku home page.  Troubleshooting with a tech rep in the Philippines failed to resolve.  Can someone in Philadelphia responsible for the Beta app development and functioning please investigate?

Hello u/user_deb8d2, thanks for reaching out for help with the Xfinity streaming app. While the app is still in its Beta phase, we do have a dedicated team constantly working on improvements to fix things like this, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. 

By chance have you tried things like uninstalling the app from your Roku, rebooting the Roku, and then reinstalling the stream app?
