Sound/Voice on Xfinity App on Roku

The voices on my Xfinity app on my Roku do not sync up with the lips. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but that did not work. The other apps we have do not have this problem.

@user_96a175 Thank you for reaching out! In most cases, you can run through a few troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. Try using the Xfinity app. You can send a refresh signal to your account and check on other issues that might be going on. A lot of times, just resetting your modem can take care of this. Let me know if you are still having issues, and we can dig a little deeper.
