need more information. did the 'ex' use your username/password (then had access to your account and could add other users) or did you create a new user and give them the username/password?
then freshly change the password and then call 800-comcast and select technical support cable TV, then ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the app support team to deprovision all of your streaming devices. should you do this next time, create a username (you can later delete or restrict) and give that out not your own username/password.
