Someone is stealing my data

Every time I open Xfinity stream I notice someone is streaming something, but they're not @ my house or using my internet connection. I have no idea who it is. I've changed my password but Stream isn't requiring me to update the old password for the new one, therefore it's still happening almost constantly since whoever is stealing my data isnt required to log in again with the new password. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone @ Comcast that can help me log out of all devices. Someone please help, this is costing me $50-60 a month! Attached is an image from my Xfinity stream app showing someone streaming to "Master Bedroom." There's nothing nicknamed Master Bedroom at my house.

the X1 devices in your home often stream from a DVR or clould DVR and count as a streaming device in use (one of 5). In this case your master bedroom set top box is shown.
