Solution: TVAPP-00101 on smart tv when have 2 accounts
Error: TVAPP-00101 on smart tv or issue on Roku when you have 2 accounts for same address.
- Make sure both of your accounts at your address are linked.
If not, use this link to help link your accounts: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. - Then, follow the steps below.
- Open Xfinity app
- Go to account
- Click account settings
- Click on Xfinity ID and security
- Manage your linked accounts
- Log in
- Make your new or newest account as default
- Sign out of Xfinity steam on smart tv or Roku
- Sign back in on Xfinity stream
- Use the website Xfinity.com/authorize to sign in with the code provided on the sign in screen
