Solution: TVAPP-00101 on smart tv when have 2 accounts

Error: TVAPP-00101 on smart tv or issue on Roku when you have 2 accounts for same address.

  1. Open Xfinity app
  2. Go to account 
  3. Click account settings
  4. Click on Xfinity ID and security 
  5. Manage your linked accounts
  6. Log in 
  7. Make your new or newest account as default 
  8. Sign out of Xfinity steam on smart tv or Roku 
  9. Sign back in on Xfinity stream
  10. Use the website Xfinity.com/authorize to sign in with the code provided on the sign in screen
