Hello, @user_a43e23, please send us your name and service address in a "Peer to Peer," message when you have a moment. Click on the chat icon on the top right corner of the page and send your message to "Xfinity Support."

 

I am sorry you are having trouble with your sign on credentials with the Xfinity Stream app, but I promise we will take the right actions resolve the issue. Once we locate your account, we can get this done!
