Sign out of all devices logged into xfinity stream app

Is there a way to log out all devices from the stream app? I’ve change my password but am still seeing shows being marked as watched when I haven’t. I know I’ve been logged in on another device and it seems that device still has access despite the password change.

Hi there @user_db909c, thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding a way to log out all your devices from the streaming app. I am happy to look at your account and assist you in deprovisioning all the devices signed to the  Xfinity Streaming App. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
