Sign in on the aap

Is this a fatal problem with sign in page on the app?

I have been attempting to re-download the app because it’s been buggy lately.

The Log In page prompts me to enter my xfinity ID, which I cannot do because I am unable to actually enter the required    
      information because the keyboard does not pull up to facilitate that.  
i primarily stream using my iPad and am now unable to do so.  
     ( If I had known I would be having these problems, I would most assuredly not have deleted the app from my tablet to 

          re-download it )

I am now unable to access my main form of entertainment.  

This somewhat distressing to me because I am somewhat disabled and elderly.  

Can you please get this figured out?

Hi, @user_759d49. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We use the Xfinity Stream app as one of our main sources of entertainment in our household as well, so I definitely understand how this issue can be an inconvenience. If you don't mind me asking, what type of issues were you experiencing with the app prior to this login issue? Also, seeing that you're unable to get the keyboard to populate via the app, have you tried logging in via the Xfinity Stream website? If not, please give this link a try and let me know if you're able to get in.
