Shows not syncing across my devices and slow response app crashes

​My shows are not syncing across any of my devices(IPhone, IPad, Apple tv) I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling app on all platforms. It hasn’t worked. Tried clearing cache and it hasn’t worked. Also, when loading shows from on demand or recordings it takes awhile and finally the app closes. If I restart the app the show will play but it will only play from the beginning of the show. I’m constantly having to fast forward to where I left off. Again, I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all devices. I have the last eat updates to the app and my OS. This needs to be fixed​

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Xfinity Stream apps, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about how this issue is presenting itself? Does this happen with DVR recordings as well as On Demand titles? You mentioned the app was crashing whenever you try to load a show. Does it matter if you are on WiFi or mobile data, or does the same thing happen with both?

Happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
