I have an iPad Mini. I have the latest compatible version of the app. When trying to sign in, It loads for a few seconds before showing the security issue 3321 error.

Hello BHelms07, thank you for posting regarding this concern. I am more than happy to assist you with gaining access to your apps. First can you tell me if you receive this same message when trying to use the app on another device? Do you have any issues signing into your account online?
@ComcastAmir I have the same issue on my iPad, but not on my iPhone.

Uh oh! @user_35c6ea, @Businessmail, and @BHelms07 it looks like XfinityAmir and XfinityAlyssaA have asked some good questions to narrow things down a bit, another thing to check would also be to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Also are you all using an iPad Mini when receiving this error?
