SEC+ issues

I cannot access SEC+ on my TV. It says user not authenticated. I have spent about 6 hours on phone with Xfinity reps and no resolution.

Hello @user_cabba. We have reports of issues with streaming, and are working to find out more to resolve the issues. I have seen reports of using a secondary profile as a possible work around. For clarity, I see the message, but what is the error code you are receiving?
