scheduled recordings suddenly gone?

Is it just my dvr, but, as of this morning, anyone else's scheduled recordings suddenly gone? System says no scheduled recordings for the next 14 days...ugh!

Same here. After I noticed the scheduled recordings were missing I deleted the Xfinity Stream app from my phone.  When I went to add the app back on my phone I noticed the app had been updated on November 11, 2021. Could the update have messed up the scheduled recordings?

@user_b42a51 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out! I can look into this for you. Do you have a TV box you can test to see if the recordings are showing on the physical box, or just the stream app?

Hello, I have noticed my scheduled recordings are still displayed on my dvr but the streaming app shows no scheduled recordings for the next 14 days!  I did a system refresh but that did not restore the app.  Please advise

@user_b42a51​ This just happened to me...Tap Xfinity on remote; got to the gear settings; choose Device Settings; goto the bottom of that screen and choose Sync DVR.  After 1 hour and lots of frustration on the phone, I insisted to speak with level 2 who had me do this in 30 seconds!  Hope it helps next time for you since I see this was posted 3 months ago.

That worked! Never realized there was a sync option... Wonder why it was necessary? Never had this problem before... Rebooting didn't fix it... Thanks

We also have the same issue here. It says nothing scheduled for the next 14 days. Also tried to reboot the cable box and still nothing.

Scheduled recordings gone except Dr. Phil. Rebooted. Talked to person. System refresh. Nothing!! I should have Blacklist Manifest AGT THE VOICE Gordon Ramsay's shows This is Us etc... Girl was switching me to supervisor cuz she was no help and then CLICK!! [Edited: "Language"]??
