How to set favorite channels on Xfinity Stream app on Firestick?
Add a Channel to Favorites: Does not work. Below is the answer from support that does NOT work.
Press the left arrow button on the remote to highlight the channel and press OK. Use the right arrow button to highlight Favorite. Press OK on the remote to add the channel as a Favorite.
Can you give this a try and let us know if it worked for you? This does not work, please provide a method that works.
