Samsung/Stream App

Does anyone know when the Samsung/Xfinity Stream issue will be resolved. I'm currently getting errors:

 

" TV APP - 00209" and " TV APP - 00409" 

 

I haven't had TV for over a month and it seems like only the engineers are aware of this issue. LAst engineer I spoke to said thousands of people were on this ticket yet normal customer service seems to be kept out of the loop for some reason.

Several threads on this, I gather Comcast is not monitoring these forums because I can't find a response from them anywhere.
