Samsung TV Xfinity beta app

My Xfinity Beta streaming app is stuck on a purchases page I tried everything and customer service was not helpful either. Somebody help!

Can you share with me the troubleshooting steps that you've already taken? I wouldn't want to suggest anything you've already tried.
