Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums @user_4b0725. I am sorry to hear the Stream App is not working for you on your Samsung TV. I apologize but the Xfinity Stream won’t work on 2017 Samsung and LG TVs. Unfortunately, these models can’t support newer web browsers, and the latest version of the Xfinity Stream app doesn’t work as intended on outdated browsers.

To give you the best streaming experience on your impacted TV, we decided to remove the Xfinity Stream app from these TVs. You can still watch using the Xfinity Stream Beta app for Roku, Amazon Fire TV or Chromecast. This link will provide you a full list of compatible devices https://comca.st/3NS3OPM

I understand this is a frustrating experience for our customers with this model TV. If you don't believe your TV falls under this category, or need assistance with options, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is on standby!

That is great information. Are you receiving an error code or message when attempting to view the stream app on your Samsung tv?
