Samsung Terrace 75” - Xfinity Stream App Incorrect Time

Xfinity Stream App not reading system time and unable to set within app.

Please make a fix!

Hi @MkxFiStrmGr8agN Thanks for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forum. We have filed a ticket on this issue, and hope to resolve in an upcoming release.

Could you please let us know the following:

1. on your Samsung TV: Menu -> System -> Time -> Clock

What is your (1) Clock Mode, (2) Time Zone, (3) Time Offset

2. on your Samsung TV: Menu -> System -> Time -> Clock -> Clock Set

What is the (1) Date, (2) Time

3. in Stream App on your Samsung TV, what is the displayed time?


In the meantime, this has helped some customers resetting the clock: try turning off your TV, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then replugging the TV and powering it back on

Having the same issue with my Samsung. Like others, the date and time on the TV are correct. I ha e tried unplugging, and no luck
