Samsung Stream Favorites list omits channels with '&' in the name (A&E, H&I)

Question

Device: Samsung TV model QN32Q8FAAFXZA, software version: T-RSLFAKUC-0090-1296
App: Xfinity Stream version: 2.4.4
Repro:
1. Star A&E and H&I on xfinity.com/stream (they show starred in All Channels on the TV and on the web)
2. Open Favorites on the Samsung app
3. Those two are missing
Control: other starred channels without & do appear after delete-app + TV reset
Not an account/lineup issue: you can tune them from All Channels / Find Channels
